What does this package include?

Bespoke Programming

A bespoke training plan that is tailored to your own specific goals. Workout splits according to fitness and/ or health goals. No need to be a member of a gym, effective programmes can be created to be completed anywhere, and for ANY fitness level. 

Coaching App

You will have 24/7 access to my coaching app, which will contain all workout plans, weekly or fortnightly calendars, direct messaging service, metric tracking and recipes to support you in your health and fitness journey.

Social Community

24/7 access to my community of like minded people all working towards their fitness goals from around the globe. Join my WhatsApp support group, Facebook page and instagram community to help connect to people on similar journeys as you! Every bit of support helps when embarking on this life changing journey. 

Monthly Webinars

Webinars on various relevant topics to provide additional support to clients. These are recorded and accessible to all online clients. These can be joined worldwide, approximately 30-45 minutes long. 

Weekly Check In

Weekly Check Ins via FaceTime, zoom or phone call  to ensure a high level of results, keep accountability and maintain focus on goals.
